Our Vision
At EGL, our vision is nothing short of the transformation of schools through comprehensive governance and leadership training for the benefit of all students. School district boards of education and leaders who work together toward common goals using a proven process achieve more for their school, staff, students and ultimately the communities they serve. Doing so, also ensures a healthy collaborative relationship between top leadership and their directors.
